[Food] Alu Alu Kitchen Kolombong Dim Sum

Good news everyone!  Here's a new place to enjoy dim sum.

Alu Alu Kitchen is known for organic and healthy range menus.  These dishes are examined before being served.  Also are healthy and safe to be consumed.  Their seafood are chemical and antibiotic free!

They now adds a new menu to their existing range of fresh seafood, organic vegetables and chicken, Dim Sum at their Kolombong branch!

Opens from 7am to 2pm daily including Public Holiday.

Serves no pork.

Now lets get to the menu (some aren't listed here but you get where am going).

Price range (per dish): RM4.50 to Rm8.50.

I love a good fried raddish cake.  Flavorful yet subtle, taste just nice, not too overwhelming, mum agrees.

Fried Raddish Cake with Sambal Sauce "Chau Lobak Kou" RM7

Deep Fried Cheese Spring Roll with Mushroom RM8.50, EAT IT WHEN IT'S HOT! Deliciously crunchy.  The photo doesn't do justice.

Deep Fried Crispy Dumpling with Prawn "Zha Fun Kwok" RM8.50.  It's so crispy!!!

Egg Tart RM6.

Steamed Salted Egg Custard Bun "Lau Sa Pau" RM6.

I always look forward to this, to my surprise, OMG so soft!  Yummy goodness!  Just be careful not to squirt the custard all over you.

Steamed "Lo Mi Kai" RM5.

Usually served in leaves or those steel small bowls.  This taste a bit different from usual and surprisingly good.

Rice Noodle with Shrimps "Har Cheong Fun " RM7.50.  Also available with chicken RM5.50 and plain ones RM5.

Am not such a big fan of Deep Fried Yam Puff "Wu Kok" but you must try the ones here.  The yam layer is so smooth, am impressed!  Those are RM6.50.

Don't get me started with the dumplings with tiger prawns ❤ I love love love those.

OKAY, this is getting longer, am just gonna post the photos now.  But a MUST try dim sum!  It won't disappoint, I promise 👍

Feast your eyes!

Their normal business hours still remains as the followings:-

7am - 3pm (Breakfast and Lunch)

Most of the ingredients like tiger prawns, fish, chicken and vegetables are from their farm in Kinarut and Tuaran, expect mouth watering fresh ingredients everyday.

Am looking forward to visit their organic farm and witness how everything is produced and be served after.

  1. Besides siew mai, my all time favourite would be the deep fried yam puff. Currently, I'm craving for dim sum after reading your blog in Japan.
