A Night at CarcaSean

I was at Citymall yesterday around 3pm. Sent the kitten to their new owner.

Went back home, went off around 5pm-ish again to Citymall for dinner. Had dinner at KFC coz we couldn't think of a place to eat. Bought 2 packs of oreos, 2 big packs of cat fewd and 2 packs of kitty litter. Thanks dori and 540 for helping me carry those heavy stuff to my car XD

Went to CarcaSean rite after. OMIGOSH! It's an addiction I tell j00. Save massy!!! Please save massy from EBIL boardgames! I ordered Oreo Milkshake. OREO MILKSHAKE = HIGH. XD

While enjoying my drink, we start playing Ubongo. Not U Bongok ogie. This game is actually kewl XD

Here's how u play Ubongo. If I get the explanation all correct la.

No. of players: 2 - 4 players.

The board of this game consists of six rows. There's 12 gems (of different colors) that are arranged on each row. Each player places his/her pawn in front of one of those rows.

Each player receives a playing card on which a shape consisting of several squares is depicted. The rows looks like tetris tiles. Each player also gets 12 tiles consisting of 2, 3, 4 or 5 squares in some shape. A player rolls the dice and turn the sand glass, the 1st player to complete the "puzzle" says "UBONGO" and gets to move his/her pawn (3 steps) and also allowed to collect 2 diamonds. 2nd player gets 2 step, 3rd player gets 1 step and the last to say "Ubongo" has no move.

In the end, the player with the most diamond (of the same color) wins.

It's not as easy as u think man. But it's fun! XD

After 2 rounds of Ubongo or "YOU BONGOK!" *rofl..funny man...gives u the thrill. We had 2 rounds of Blokus and 1 round of Settlers of Catan. I kena "bully" kao kao T_T

Went off around 10pm-ish coz I got headache. @_@ more like my whole right part of the head including eye were in pain.

Anyways I'm fine now.

Backdated: 3rd Session of World of Darkness

I arranged for the final stage for World of Darkness: The Room campaign last Wednesday. Most of us went to Mindslaver straight after work. We were still in our working clothes.

We had dinner at the food court, and was gonna start till the storyteller forgot to bring the character sheets. He went home and get it *guilty guilty. We started at around 7pm-ish. Till it reaches 10pm, we moved to Fook Yuen till past midnite @_@"" Just to finish this.

Thank gawd there weren't any "World of Romance". But my bro keeps on bashing ppl ni. @_@ and his character sheet is kinda ridiculous. He's smart and he bash ppl hmm weirdness.

Just say that from the previous session, one of us triggered something and we were transported to a pitch black room. Noooooooooooooooooooo. No way out. *paranoid. I'm not sure if I should post wut happened here. Hmm, should I? Well juz say that we got some puzzle solving stuff, met some souls, did a pile up on the muse and survived. But I doubt the surviving part =_=" the storyteller is making me paranoid!

The sweet part is, we survived! The scary part is, the cold chill and the story *gulp~ Not only that, the lights went off. =_="

I was slightly affected coz I had to drive home at 1am ALONE! =_=" creepy. Another thing, I can't stop yawning around before & after midnite, sleepy. And I was quiet. I guess I stop asking question dat often coz scared ppl might scold me again for slowing it down *sweat.

I'll be joining the next session if I could. Next World of Darkness campaign - Dancing Shadows (originally titled Street Ninjas). Noobs are given priority for this campaign. Min. players are 6.

Umai Japanese Restaurant Lunch Outing

Took the day off last Friday. Planned for a lunch outing with some of the CSPians~

I was suppose to meet 540 early but I had to clean the balcony. I mean seriously! Instead, I was out around 10am-ish. Arrived and pick her up at Damai. We went straight. Yes we were too early and we got bored. Most of them came a bit late. Which is not such a problem since the place only opens around 11:30am.

I roughly had the idea of the place but I was slightly blur coz I'm not sure where it is since I've never been there. So, this considered as the 1st time I step foot at D'Junction. Anyways, if you wanted to go there, here's a map. Parking is not a problem.

Umai Japanese Restaurant is located at the 1st Floor. You could either use the elevator or the stairs. In this case, we decided to use the stairs XD

The lights are dim. Which is bad for me. I hate taking photos in this kind of lighting. I had to force myself to use flash.

We had our 2nd session of World of Darkness campaign called The Room.

I guess some ppl were annoyed by me. I asked the "Storyteller" to repeat wut he said every now and then coz I need to pay attention and coz some other ppl were TOO LOUD! I bet I'm not the only one who couldn't hear wut shiVER was saying!?! =_="

3 sessions, the 3rd is the final stage, our move will determine the ending. *sigh. I'm sorry, I can't wait. It's killing me softly. Seriously!!!! The Storyteller is enjoying my misery!!! T_T *cries.

Kittens For Adoption

My mum told me she found these 3 kittens IN A PLASTIC BAG!!!! (come on!!!! "yiu mei yiu ren sin oh?!"), near the dumpster when she was throwing rubbish. =_="

Anyways, my mum couldn't leave them there, so took them in with us instead till we found new homes for them. T_T

All of these 3 kittens are female. Sorry. I guess that's one of the reason the previous owner threw them away.

I would take care of them if I dun haf too much cats at home *sigh.

Weekly dosage of Boardgames

Wut I did for the past few days are kinda like a blur. I would either spend too much time chatting online till after midnite or maybe out for Boardgames session O.O
Oh this is bad. I've developed an addiction. A new addiction. Check out my blog posts. Previously, it was like NDS all the way. Now it's boardgames all the way. Omigosh, I'm neglecting lotsa things now and I dun get my "me" time. T_T oh nois~

Anyways, before I get into detail of last nite's event. I would like to make an announcement! IT'S THE MOMENT YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR!!!

So the plan was to have betrayal session on Wednesday around 8pm at Starbucks, Citymall. But we end up canceling it since most of the ppl can't make it. And made it on Thursday instead. Which was last nite. We only started around 9pm. Scenario, there's an immortal traitor who has a revolver. Our mission is to kill him with our item XD and we did! So meaning to say, the 4 ladies + 1 guy beat the traitor (a guy) yay~ But no ranking ka? =_="

There were roughly less than 20 ppl who came. Some went to CarcaSean Cafe (did i spell this correctly?) to check out the boardgames there. We moved there once we finish playing 1 round of betrayal. Our problem is, when we were there, 1 group playing Settlers of Catan at 1 corner and we started playing Citadel. Interesting. You win once u've successfully created 8 district. This game involves cards and token as gold.

Since we finish this at around nearly midnite, and Dizzy chan gotta go T_T. Took some photos with her.

The guys had a round of Blokus. Lol-ed to the tetris background music from the guys. I think they're high. Interesting game.

We got home at around midnite. Hmm I swear my bro use shotcut. Anyways, I only slept at 3am this morning. And woke up at 6:30am but body lagged. So yeah I was late for work XD
