the UNPLANED plan

Just when the weather started to get better, it starts to rain again. There goes my jogging plan. *sigh. Instead of going for a run with the umbrella, we decided to go somewhere else. Where else? 1 Borneo. Why? DAISO! XD

I was a bit hungry coz I had fruits for lunch. Damn, I think one of my colleague bought something really nice coz it sure smells like steamed fish with soy sauce, *drools~. I had tea just to keep me awake. I mean I was sleepy. I slept for less than an hour. Or you call that a nap? Yes, I was dead bored alone in the office while the other 4 of my lady colleague went for facial LOL.

Anyways, while at 1 Borneo, our first destination will always be Daiso. I went there just to browse for new stuff. Hmmm, I actually bought some stuff for the making of something. Ogie fine! It's a DIY Light Box like what vam vam did, check it here. This is gewd. I mean I usually use 1 piece of cardboard with 2 shoe boxes on the side and 1 extra light LOL. So yeah, I even took 1 paper box from work kekekekek. Wait till I have time to make em.

After that, we went for dinner. It's owez a problem to have dinner there. I mean we couldn't decide on what to eat. It took us er more than 30 minutes to decide LOL. I actually wanted to eat the Chicken Teriyaki at New York New York but hmm, we went to the fewd court instead. There's a steamboat buffet set up there. RM20 per person I think. But we went to the Western Food Corner in front instead, where we had the tasty curry puff and the chicken rice the last time.

This time we went and try the Sarawak Laksa, the Spaghetti Bolognaise and Fish and Chips. Check out my raves, here.

And once we're done, we can't decide what to do. My bro suggested we go watch a movie. The movie most suitable during that time was, Underworld 3: Rise of the Lycans. Well since I thought, I've watched the first 2 part of this movie, why not watch the 3rd one rite?

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE THIS MOVIE. I don't care whatever you guys said. I love it! XD BLOOD AND GORE!!! XD

This is a movie about a war between Vampires and Werewolves. But somehow I think the Vampires are weak in the sense that they can't protect themselves *cough cough. But yeah, I LOVE IT! Ehem sorry, I'm not gonna explain any further about this movie. Just watch it if you love Vampires! XD

The not so fun part about watching at the cinema is that it's a public place and you tend to come across "retards". It's either they can't read, or they're too dumb to understand or they're just too stewped that they don't know how to turn off or silent their phone. LOL. The part where my sis shouted "PHONE!!!" and "IDIOT" was funny. Coz it was quiet after that, LOL for awhile.

Another problem was the ehem China people sitting behind us. Oh gawd, I think they don't know how to whisper? Coz they were talking so loud behind us. "Ohhhh, there's gold". My brother was annoyed and got me annoyed too. I had to turn and look at them. There's moments of silence for awhile too. Till it reaches to a point to the end of the movie where they start talking loud again. OMG! The movie not finish yet la. OH yeah, and their expression towards sexy lady in a Spritzer advertisement hahahahaha. Oh but I was kind of speechless after the advertisement. LOL. It's just er, lets just say it's not great. LOL.

So, yeah, that's pretty much it. Thanks for reading peeps.

of CAKES and MISC

I wanted to blog about some cakes I bought last Wednesday but the line at work was bad on Thursday. Couldn't blog last night coz I was watching American Idol audition at Kentucky and I was watching a movie called 1408 on Star Movies. Which only finishes around 10pm.

Anyways, before I start talking about that movie. I'd better write about the cakes first. It's suppose to be a night to shop for clothes. But we end up rushing to Citymall. I'll tell you why after this. Before we got off Wisma Merdeka, my sis decided to get these pretty looking cakes from patisserie. Mind you, these are home made cakes. Cheapest per slice is RM4.50 and could go up to RM6.20. They also take orders. Oh and they got promotion, you get 3 slices of cake, you get 1 free.

Fantasy Chocolate & Strawberry Delight

American Cheese & Hazelnut Cream Cheese Cakes

Just by looking at the cake, you're tempted to try every single one of em. But we're not that greedy. Ogie fine, maybe we are just a little greedy. We bought 4 kinds of different slice of cakes. See, the thing is, I'm not a cake person. Well more like I'm not so much into sweets. But I love the Fantasy Chocolate Cake. Just becoz it has a less than 1 inch full chocolate layer *drools~. The other flavours aren't my favorite. Sorry.

Aight, next story. Why did I rush to Citymall and must reach there by 7pm?

It's becoz of these.

Dices!!!! RAWR!!! Where did I get these? CarcaSean! XD

We're been wanting these since last year. It's been a year and we got Sean to thank for bringing these in.

Erm, 1 set of 7 dice cost RM15.90.

Lotsa different types and colors are available. Some other that we got (my bro and sis bought).

These are opaque btw. I bought 1 set of Speckled kind for my bro yesterday which cost around RM24.90. But I couldn't find the same kind online. I'll take a shot when I reach home. No worries. Those are pretty too. Too bad my bro wanted it so, he gotta pay me back! XD

There's also the translucent kind which cost around RM19.90.

There's lotsa other colors and kinds of dice available there. I mean at CarcaSean, Citymall. Go check it out.

Aight now that's done. Lets talk about this new J-dorama I've been watching. It's called Anego.

What's the story?
  • Description:

Naoko Noda, who works in a trading company, is called “anego” by her younger co-workers. What is “anego”? It means “older sister,” but in this case it is given as a nickname to Naoko because she is like a big sister to her coworkers, who depend on her to give them advice about everything. This drama, based on a popular novel, depicts realistically how Naoko lives her everyday life, including her love life, the problems she faces, and her uneasiness about the future.

Interesting story. I'm watching it online. I wish it could load faster *sigh. I'm still at Episode 2. OMG.

Aight now, finally, 1408. What's this movie about? I think this movie was out in 2007? Correct me if I'm wrong. Lead actor, ehem John Cusack. Thriller.

The beauty of it. This movie is based on the novel by Stephen King.

It's a story about a man who specializes in debunking paranormal occurrences checks into the fabled room 1408 in the Dolphin Hotel. Soon after settling in, he confronts genuine terror. Damn twisted. I LOVE IT!

Wanna know how great this movie is? I didn't move from my seat. My eyes were "locked" on the tv screen. So was both my sis and my bro. LOL. Yes, it's that interesting.

We hope for a sequel. But I doubt there's any. LOL. So yeah, for those who haven't watch this yet, please do.

Last but not least, GONG XI FA CHAI! Gimme ang pow! XD

I actually had something to post yesterday but somehow it was too stressful that I don't want to. So today, I'm gonna start with a new post. What about? Beats me XD

Lack of ideas on what to post. I wanna go on a holiday or a roadtrip or uh CNY is just around the corner.

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!

Ogie, before I proceed. I would like to say that I'm stuffed. *burps I had 2 hash browns and since me and my bro bought this "EXPENSIVE" cheddar cheese *drools~ Yeah it cost around RM17. But damn. It was so tempting that I finish up my lunch. Dammit. I should have save it for later but noooooooooo it keeps on calling. Oh well. Guess I'm skipping lunch today. Heheh.

Btw, yesterday's post was about the jam. The crazy jam at Gaya Street. It usually took me around 10 minutes or so to reach my sis's office at Sadong but this whole jam thing expand it till nearly an hour. Yeap. I was stucked in a jam on Monday for nearly an hour. Sucks big time. Especially if you're working in the city! Dammit.

I just love how blue the sky looks yesterday. But as usual, it started pouring in the afternoon.

How gloomy @_@"""

Btw, there's a rumour going on about a sex maniac around my building. Most likely to be at 1st floor during the mornings. He either grabs the ladies here or he "flashes" em. Scary. @_@""" There's currently around 3 -4 victims. Believed to be a chinese, male, with a cap. No idea from where though. @_@"" scary~ But the aunty cleaner said she keep a look out, but never came across such individual before. Hmm. It remains a mystery.

The colleague were discussing solutions of how they gonna encounter the freak. LOL especially the guys.

Solution 1: Kick his balls.
Solution 2: Mock his "thinggie".
Solution 3: Pepper spray.

That's all I could hear from eavesdropping from my room LOL. Till the next post. Yes, I know my post today is kinda boring. Sorry 'bout that. It's the holiday mood again.

The Weekend

So I went to my usual morning jog. We were a bit late but it's ogie coz it's not hot. It's really nice to sleep in the morning, coz it's cold. But I had to force myself to continue with this routine or I won't be able to control my fewd consumption.

On the way out of my house area, the security guard from the warehouse stopped us and told us that one of the lorry bang one of the telephone pole around 1am this morning. Is that our phone pole? @_@"""

We went to Restoran Juara at Inanam for Kon Lou Mee. This mee cost RM4. I've raved this before so I'll just type my review here.

Hmm so lemme see, the chicken is tasty. You gotta love em chicken skin. But the amount of chicken on my place = too little. Three (3) slice only? @_@""" The kon lou mee erm, something is lacking. The chili is tasty! That saved the taste. But erm, yeah it's not tastelss/bland but it's lacking something. I dunno what it is but yeah.

Oh but this place, the chicken pau and the chicken rice is tasty. Well to me it is lah~.

We went to Giant at Kolombong but it's not open yet. *sigh aiya I forgot it's not 9am yet. That place only opens around 10am or so.

Anyways, on our way back, I thought I'd document this idiocy and blog about it. LOL! How evil~

Now, here we can see, the pole is not straight anymore.

Another shot from a different angle.

I don't think other lorries can pass through in this condition. Imagine if it's the electric pole

And the culprit is

...

*sound effect: DUN DUN DUN~

You never get away from massy's blog! HAH!

Me and my bro decided to bring out the kittens from the cage. Yeap, my dad don't want em running around breaking things in the house. So we had to cage em. *sigh. I only manage to take shots of Ronnie and QD.

Here's Ronnie. He was moving so much that when he finally stop, I manage to shoot this. This considered a lucky shot coz I didn't have time to adjust the lens.

eye twitching? XD

And here's our cute QD, all grown up. XD etto~ gomene~ I sort of focus on the wrong thing here. She was trying to catch my camera. Now we don't want her scratching the camera do we?

awww~ she look more like her grandma

Anyways, I'd also went to the garden around noon. Silly me. Hey that's the only best time to get butterflies ogie? But I couldn't find a butterfly who wanted to "pose" for me. I'll post about that next time.

I'd also took a shot of my brother sleeping XD wakkakakak.

And that's about it for today. Have a great weekend!!!

Shortcut no more

For those who been to my house, would probably know about this "illegal" u-turn that we always use. Sadly, they barred part of that place. Only cars from the other side of the road can make the u-turn. *sigh. Unlucky for us, we had to drive to the next available u-turn. Which is located almost near to uncle's house. Guess I have to leave the house 10 minutes earlier than my usual time. Oh well.

More on the unrelated topic side. I'll post up a bug photo I took the other day.

Well, I was suppose to post this up few days ago but I couldn't seem to bring myself to online these past few days. I slowed down on blog hopping too.

Anyways, remember when I blog about my broken spectacle. I seriously need a new one. I mean I have 2 extra ones but somehow it doesn't seem to fit my eyes nicely. I've been woozy for the last few days. It's all strains from the eyes. So, look at my current poll. Vote! Whether you wanna see me with a spectacle/glasses or contact lens? XD hehehe.

Hmm saw some contractor clearing out the land next door. I wonder why. Another house? WAW~ new neighbour. There's actually a new house around my area but the owner seems to be modifying the designs again and again. It's a never ending construction work there. Oh, the road to my house looks a bit wider than usual. Yay for clearing parts of the jungle. At least it's easier for us drivers to see our road while cornering. Less dangerous.

On another story, I would like to state this clearly. I seriously dislike meetings. It's the most stressful process ever. People sit in a room, to discuss and find solution to matters/problems not having an arguement about how big their "BALLS" are! Geez~ And I HATE, NOT DISLIKE, I REPEAT, HATE POLITICS!!! I've seen lotsa kiss arses before and it's annoying. No offence to those who're into it. But to me, it's a waste of time and it's lame. I need peace and quiet.

Happy weekend everyone!

Wednesday Updates

Today was pretty normal. At least it did not rain today.

We were bored that we went to Wisma Merdeka for lunch with clay. He recommended this Ngiu Chap place there. I think that's one of his favorite place for coffee. So, yeah, we went there for lunch.

This place is called Mee & Cake House. Located at 6th floor of Wisma Merdeka. You can see a bridal shop called Memory Bridal Gallery opposite it.

Anyways, the Ngiu Chap is selling at RM5 per bowl. I had the one with only meatballs. Not bad. Though it could be better. I mean the noodle didn't blend in with the soup. Read my review at ravejoint, here.

My bro had the mix beef one.

Sorry if the image didn't turn out so gewd. I didn't bring my camera and was using my 2MP SE phone. My bro bought a miniature furniture set from Karamunsing. I'll try to borrow it from him and get a shot. I haven't blog about my miniature bathroom set yet. I mean I took photo of it but it looks kinda fugly from that angle so yeah.

Thank god for a good weather today. I'm able to jog 3 rounds today. Well more like jog 1 round and walk 2 rounds. I feel the fats when I run oh nois~ *paranoid.

Went to 1 Borneo after jog. Wanted to check out Daiso for new miniatures. And guess what? I bought 7 different miniature items OMG! I'll blog about it soon. Don't worry. Why aren't there no frigging chairs man! I need frigging chairs! *sigh.

Oh yeah before we get to that. We went dinner first. Hehe. Our plan was to eat at 1901 or Chicken Rice Shop but we end up at the food court coz my sis wanted to eat snacks only. I ordered Crispy Chicken combo set which cost around RM5. Not bad. It's served with garlic rice, 2 pieces of chicken (so small) and coleslaw. Check out my rave, here.

Oh yeah, the curry puff also nice. Eventhough it's RM2 each. Damn~ I had the chicken rendang and sardine. Nice! *slurps~

Uh oh, since we're talking about fewd. I'll post up Nasi Lemak that I had the day before. Erm, my colleague's friend is selling it for RM1.50 at Tg. Aru. No idea which area though. But the sambal is nice. I like it a lot. I'm just not fond of the rice. Too much coconut milk @_@"""

These are some of the miniatures I bought recently.

Sad ain't it? There's no frigging chairs!!!! *sigh.

Oh yeah, I had 4 rounds of Air Hockey with my bro earlier too. Fun! They waxed the table again weeeeeeeeeeeeeee. So much fun.

Aight, I've reach my limit. It's past midnite and I'm uber sleepy. I barely can open my eyes. Oh yeah. Before I totally end this post.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALI G!!!

And thanks Flannie for this song. A song by Perfume called Dream Fighter. Enjoy!

A routine check

I woke up this morning thinking what day is it. I seriously thought it's Thursday. LOL.

My mood was as gloomy as the weather yesterday. But I'm fine now.

Aight so here it is. I live a boring life.

  • Waking up - depending on my body clock. I could sometimes wake up around 3am/4am/5am just to check my handphone clock. My alarm clock is at 5:30am. Why I set it so early. Coz I have another one set around 6am (which is the time I'm suppose to wake up). Weather plays a major factor in the actual time to wake up. Well I normally wake up around 6:30am. My bad.
  • Sit in front of the computer - yes, it's a really bad habit of mine. If I'm able to go online. That's the first thing I would do when I wake up. What happen to "lessen the time being online huh?". Ehem, I still got a whole year to fix this! XD
  • Check the usual site - I usually open 3 browser. Yes, I'm such a multi tasker. 1 for CSP forum, 1 for facebook (oh shite) and another for my blog (this one right here for any comments).
  • Blog hopping - erm, this one right here, I think I need to change the time. I mean sometimes there's like more than 10 different blog in my blog roll that did an update. Erm, yes I take my time when I'm reading which is bad. This is also one of the reason I'm late for work hahahahahha opps~ My office must not know this fact! Hehe.
  • Shower & get ready for work - you see, I got this problem with the washroom in my room. The water leak to my sis's bedroom if I use it. So, I'd be running downstairs for a washroom. The not so fun part about it, waiting for people and no water heater. Yes, I shower with cold water. Brrr~ Once that's done, I'll be running back to my room to get ready. LOL. I got this bad habit of ironing my clothes in the morning. I have a mindset of doing it the day before or on the weekends but I'm just too lazy. I know I shouldn't be but *sigh. This has got to change. Seriously! Once I'm done getting ready. Ogie fine! I lied, after shower I normally be sitting in front of my computer again to check the forum. Oh gawd. Bad habit. Anyways, I usually done getting ready around 7:30am. Hahahaha. I know, I'm super late. It gets worst everyday.
  • Breakfast - I usually "tapau" breakfast from home. Unless there's erm nothing. I'll be getting it around my office area.
  • Office - Even if I'm early, I'll usually end up waiting for parking for 30mins to an hour. Yes, when you work in the city. This is one of the things that will piss you off. Hence, why I'm only at work around before or after 9am.
  • Work - If I have any, I'll be finishing it up first. Once I'm done, I'll be playing games online or blog hopping and checking forum, checking facebook again. Yes. See how boring this is.
  • After work - If it's not raining, I'd be jogging with my siblings.
  • After jog - I'll be home. Back to being online. OMG!
  • Sleep - I sleep around midnight or past midnight usually. But I'm fixing that. I'm gonna sleep around 10pm. At least! Coz I tried sleeping around 9pm, I end up waking up around 3am *shite indeed.
So yeah, that pretty much sums it up.

THE END XD

Road Trip: I went to somewhere foggy

- LONG POST AHEAD -

Lemme start my post by saying that heck! I was sick last nite and slept darn early. I end up waking up at 4am after 8 hours of sleep. DARN IT!

*takes deep breath

Ogie fine, maybe I was excited with going to the butterfly farm. Where? Crocker Range Park. NOT! It's actually located somewhere Moyog? Anyone know where? Anyways, we'll get to that later. Meanwhile, lemme write about how my day went.

PAUSE: It's raining! I need to pick up my clothes from outside @_@""

First of all, I showered around 6:30am (I think), coz I finish watching Soul Eater anime (episode 39). So then, everything was fine till...

....

My spectacle broke in half. *sigh. Lucky for me. I'd learnt from my pass experience. Hehe. I got 2 more. So now I'm using my black frame "nerd" spec. It's not as comfortable as my usual one but it'll do for the time being. Till I get some $$ to get a new one.

Rest in peace. You served me well.

Next!

We left home at around 8am or so. Went to Donggongon to eat Ngau Chap at mum's favorite place. It's located near the RM2 shop. Or a look alike RM2 shop? I didn't check the name. Btw, my mum got these cute mugs for RM1.90. Cheap! She previously bought 2. This time, I asked her to get 4. Coz it's so thick and it's suitable for my tea sessions. XD

Ah yes. We went to this Coffee Shop called Kedai Kopi Loi Hin.

Ordered the Ngau Chap. I think it cost around RM5 per bowl.

I don't eat intestines ok. So, I got em meatballs.

This coffee shop have few branch actually. And it's sort of a family business. There's another branch in Kolombong. I wonder if it taste the same. Hehe.

Next destination, the FOGGY place!!!

PAUSE: I need to shower. I came back around 5pm and I'm sticky @_@""

Oh the road along the Papar road we stop by a stall selling fruits. They have rambutans, durians and etc. My parents bought quite a number.

And here is the road to Keningau. It's a up and down ride. Oh and I gotta say with my dad's driving skills, made it look like a roller coaster. @_@""" I don't have a problem with speed if I'm the one driving. But if my dad's the one driving. OH man. I didn't count the number of times my mum reminded my dad to slow down.

PAUSE: uh uh~ I wanna eat dinner (KFC) first.

FOG AHEAD!!! Turn on your lights! @_@"""

Yes, it's foggy coz it rained. This reminds me of the movie "The Fog". Even so, it's the best experience ever! The cool breeze! Blowing and messed up my hair. But it's ogie, at least I enjoyed it. Hehe.

Notice: Most of the shots are taken when the was moving @_@"" and here I thought I'm the crazy driver. Well guess again.

See, mum was all panicky (*points to the above shot to the bottom right people!).

Ogie, maybe not. LOL. Well she's the closest to me to shoot. And I was "tied up" (seat belts *urgh).

This part of the road is dangerous. Drive slow.

When we reach the Crocker Range Park office, we had to go to the loo. Oh yeah, notice there's a bottle in between those 2 doors? Pay 20 cents. Lotsa coin in the bottle. Anyways, when we got there it was around noon, we were slightly hungry, too bad, the canteen there close, the cook haven't got there yet. So we had durian for lunch. Small and expensive but tasty. I'm talking about the durians OGIE!

Went to the office and asked where the Butterfly farm located. Found out we actually went to the wrong place @_@""" erk~ Anyways, instead of going back, we went to the park instead. Bought tickets at the office and head to the park entrance. Tickets is RM3 per person btw.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention. There's a small waterfall near the main office. There's also this unique chess table made out of wood. Too bad they didn't clean it *sigh. I would want one of this.

Here are the places you can go around the park.

According to the guide, people normally go there at night for the bugs.

Anyways, we went to the insectrium (100m), the paku pakis area (500m), the watch tower (700 m) and the rafflesia place (700m). This whole hiking thinggie took us 40 minutes. It was fun and all "exercising". The not so fun part was getting your blood sucked by mosquitos.

there's lotsa torch ginger around. i saw some beautifully bloomed ones but it was too far away from me *sigh

It's actually 1 big circle. Well, it wasn't that bad. I mean to be surrounded by nature. There's a path to follow but since it rained earlier, it's all muddy, so need to be careful where you step. All of us slipped every now and then. There's lotsa species of plants. They didn't have all of em labelled yet. But it would be kewl if they did.

Oh yeah and there's some real bugs there. In a container. My bro would love these. Uhu~ too bad for you boy! XD But the sad thing is that they only have this "couple" here.

Anyways, the watch tower need some maintaining. It doesn't look safe to me. Oh I took a full lengh shot of it, but er covered by leaves so yeah, not gonna post it. It looked fugly. Sorry.

Lucky I changed to long jeans. Oh not forgetting, on the way back up, there's quite a number of leaches on my shoe. EWWWWWWWWWWWwwwwwww!!!! *paranoid. I know I'm exaggerating a bit, it's not that big really. But still, EWWWWWWWwwwwwwwwwWwwWwW!!!! I'm sorry, when I reach back to the starting point, I was all squeamish. And obviously I was sweating from all the walking. But still, it was fun.

My mum was complaining how my dad owez leave her behind *chuckles.

We were on our way home after that whole hiking. We dropped by at a roadside restaurant for lunch (more like tea time). It's not bad. I mean it could be better. There's this china dood who's selling shirts from China. He was happy coz my dad bought his shirt. Oh but, the kewl part is the demo. He burn the shirt with his lighter. No burn marks. GG!

It started to rain for quite a bit and I fell asleep on the way back.

Come to notice, after all that photos and text, I realized that I didn't take any shot of myself there OMG! @_@""" oh well, there's owez next time hehe. And I'm sorry if I didn't post too many photos or take much photos. Er, it's just that, I was worried that I might fall with my face down and break my camera. So, instead, I took the safe way of holding my camera safe and sound while I carefully walk the muddy pathway. OH and the horror with the leaches EwwwWwwwWWWWWWWWW!!!!

And that's it!

Thanks for taking your time reading this uber long post. Have a pleasant week!
