Anyways, before I start talking about that movie. I'd better write about the cakes first. It's suppose to be a night to shop for clothes. But we end up rushing to Citymall. I'll tell you why after this. Before we got off Wisma Merdeka, my sis decided to get these pretty looking cakes from patisserie. Mind you, these are home made cakes. Cheapest per slice is RM4.50 and could go up to RM6.20. They also take orders. Oh and they got promotion, you get 3 slices of cake, you get 1 free.
Just by looking at the cake, you're tempted to try every single one of em. But we're not that greedy. Ogie fine, maybe we are just a little greedy. We bought 4 kinds of different slice of cakes. See, the thing is, I'm not a cake person. Well more like I'm not so much into sweets. But I love the Fantasy Chocolate Cake. Just becoz it has a less than 1 inch full chocolate layer *drools~. The other flavours aren't my favorite. Sorry.
Aight, next story. Why did I rush to Citymall and must reach there by 7pm?
It's becoz of these.
Dices!!!! RAWR!!! Where did I get these? CarcaSean! XD
We're been wanting these since last year. It's been a year and we got Sean to thank for bringing these in.
Erm, 1 set of 7 dice cost RM15.90.
Lotsa different types and colors are available. Some other that we got (my bro and sis bought).
These are opaque btw. I bought 1 set of Speckled kind for my bro yesterday which cost around RM24.90. But I couldn't find the same kind online. I'll take a shot when I reach home. No worries. Those are pretty too. Too bad my bro wanted it so, he gotta pay me back! XD
There's also the translucent kind which cost around RM19.90.
There's lotsa other colors and kinds of dice available there. I mean at CarcaSean, Citymall. Go check it out.
Aight now that's done. Lets talk about this new J-dorama I've been watching. It's called Anego.
What's the story?
- Description:
Naoko Noda, who works in a trading company, is called “anego” by her younger co-workers. What is “anego”? It means “older sister,” but in this case it is given as a nickname to Naoko because she is like a big sister to her coworkers, who depend on her to give them advice about everything. This drama, based on a popular novel, depicts realistically how Naoko lives her everyday life, including her love life, the problems she faces, and her uneasiness about the future.
Aight now, finally, 1408. What's this movie about? I think this movie was out in 2007? Correct me if I'm wrong. Lead actor, ehem John Cusack. Thriller.
The beauty of it. This movie is based on the novel by Stephen King.
It's a story about a man who specializes in debunking paranormal occurrences checks into the fabled room 1408 in the Dolphin Hotel. Soon after settling in, he confronts genuine terror. Damn twisted. I LOVE IT!
Wanna know how great this movie is? I didn't move from my seat. My eyes were "locked" on the tv screen. So was both my sis and my bro. LOL. Yes, it's that interesting.
We hope for a sequel. But I doubt there's any. LOL. So yeah, for those who haven't watch this yet, please do.
Last but not least, GONG XI FA CHAI! Gimme ang pow! XD

Those cakes are really tempting, but I'm quite picky on the flavour as well. Hehehe. Anyways, is 1408 a thriller movie?
