Ng Su Yen, Business Executive Officer of MILO at Nestle (Malaysia) Berhad, added: "Malaysians have continued to showcase great enthusiasm and commitment to improving their well-being, as reflected by the turnout in Sabah, where thousands of people came together to participate in MBD.  Along with casting a spotlight on the importance of wholesome breakfast and physical activity, we are also using MBD as a platform to raise awareness of environment mindfulness.  While our primary focus is on cultivating healthy behavior, it is equally important for Malaysians to embrace a lifestyle that cares for the planet. "

Participants had the opportunity to take part in a diverse range of activities during MBD 2023, promoting the good nutrition of MILO and an active lifestyle in a fun and engaging manner.

After making an impactful debut in Sarawak, the MILO Goodness Workout continued in Sabah, with participants working up a sweat! As a fresh new addition to this year's MBD, the workout was a resounding success in both states.

MBD Sabah drew more than 5,000 participants, who eagerly gathered at Padang Merdeka as early as 6AM.

To celebrate Sabahan culture and inspire young children to appreciate traditional modern music and dance, this year's MBD featured local performance by talented artists from Tagap Dance Theatre.
